All orders ship via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order, and allow an additional 1-5 days time for Ground shipping. We will endeavor to ship faster and many times are able to do so.

Next Day and Second day are also available, however the shipping rates are higher. Next Day and Second day orders should ship on or before the third business day after they are received. (eg. An order placed Monday for Next Day shipping, will ship on/before Thursday for delivery on Friday).

All rates listed are for the continental U.S. only. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other countries will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for international shipping rates.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cobalt Artworks unconditionally guarrantees your satisfaction with your merchandise purchase. You may return any item you purchase online for exchange or refund within 30 days of your order.

Please call us and one of our staff will assist you and give you a Return Authorization number (RA#) to use when returning an item. No goods may be rerturned without an RA#.
